We ship either from a warehouse in New Jersey or from our location on the Big Island of Hawaii to the USA and other countries. We use Paypal, Check out by Amazon and accept checks or money orders. For orders outside the USA please contact us indicating a shipping address and telephone number and an invoice will be sent to you. Hawaii residents are charged a 4% general excise tax.
