Please note that all prices on items sold on this site include shipping to the USA and Canada ONLY. For orders outside the USA please contact us indicating a shipping address and telephone number and an invoice will be sent to you. Hawaii residents will be charged an additonal 4% general excise tax.
We ship from a warehouse in New Jersey or from our office on the Big Island of Hawaii. We usually use UPS, USPS, or another shipper. Our Return Policy is that if you are not satisfied with our product you must ship to our address on the Big Island of Hawaii (address below) within 14 days of receiving the item in the original box (package) along with all the contents sent to you and an explanation. If the item is in a re-sellable condition we will return your money less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Your item will be sold as a used item since you opened and used it unless you never used the item returned. You must pay for all shipping costs for returns which includes shipping the item to you and you shipping the item back to us. We determine whether the item is considered opened and used to charge you the 15% re-stocking fee. If the item is still considered new by us, then we will refund your purchase price less shipping and only if you have contacted us first and received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us about your return. We may choose to return the item to our warehouse or have you ship to Hawaii.
